Sweet potato is good for your health. Because, sweet potato is foods rich in vitaminB1, vitaminC, potassium, dietary fiber. VitaminB1 help glucose to be use into the body. Sweet potato has ten times as much VitaminC as apple do. Also,it has eighteen times as much potassium as rice do. Potassium is effective against lowering blood pressure. Dietary fiber lowers cholesterol in blood and controls blood sugar level.
